Refund policy
We hope you love your order – but just in case something isn’t quite right, we have a 7-day exchange policy.
To be eligible for an exchange, you must:
- Request to exchange your size within 7 days.
- Return your item in its original condition, unworn or unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging.
- Provide proof of purchase.
Request an exchange:
- Send an email to Liberationhelpline@gmail.com.
- If your exchange is accepted, we’ll forward you an address to ship your item back.
- You’re responsible for the cost of returning the item.
- Please use a trackable service and keep your proof of postage receipt until after your exchange has been processed.
- We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the request has been approved or not.
- If approved, we’ll advise you to make a separate purchase for the revised size.
- Once we’ve received this order, we’ll automatically refunded you for the returned item, to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since you make your revised purchase, please contact us at Liberationhelpline@gmail.com
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can investigate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds on our items. All sales are final, other than if you’re eligible under our exchange policy or ‘damage and issues’ policy.
